Darshana Godawaththa

Born and raised in Badulla, Darshana studied Film & Television at the Sri Lanka Rupavahini Training Institute, then spent 10 years in Beijing on a scholarship, learning to understand people across cultures, languages and mindsets. After leading strategy at Sri Road and Ceylon Tips, he followed one deeper question: what truly makes people change, grow and thrive? That question led him to found Gurutharuva.
